Cancellation Policy for individual Guests

• Cancellation is free of charge if made before 3 days prior to arrival date.
• Within 71- 48 hours cancellation we charge the 50% of the price,
• Within 47-24 hours cancellation we charge the 70% of the price
• Over 23 hours or in the case of no-show a 100% cancellation fee may apply.
• Cancellation will be accepted only in writing

Cancellation Policy for groups Guests or Conferences

• Cancellation is free of charge if made before 21 days prior to arrival date.
• Within 20- 14 days cancellation we charge the 50% of the price,
• Within 13-9 days cancellation we charge the 70% of the price
• In 8 days or in the case of no-show a 100% cancellation fee may apply.
• Cancellation will be accepted only in writing.
