Our hotel is situated in the most quiet green area of the baroque city centre, near the pedestrian street. Monuments, sights and cultural programs give you at least a week’s occupation in Eger and its surroundings. The hotel opened its gates in 1990 as a Hungarian, Finnish, Swedish Ltd. I would like to introduce our unique wine cellar (anno 1789) and the National Wine Museum. The wine cellar lies 14 m below the hotel and consists of 4 different wings. The PLANE TREE of Eger won the TREE OF EUROPE prize in 2013.
The plane tree is situted in the area of the Thermal Spa of Eger, 250 years old and can live till 400 years. The tree is very healthy it does not show any demages.
With this prize the tree became a member of the sight of Eger
